Hi Michelle. How old is your puppy? Jo eats Innova and he loves it. I did notice him having trouble breaking the pieces a couple weeks ago but he's teething so I thought his mouth might be sore. Innova doesn't have canned puppy food so I bought him some Wellness canned puppy food to suppliment and make sure he was getting enough to eat. Now that he's doing better I mix the hard food in with the soft so he gets both again. You might try softening the Innova in some warm water and see if that helps or you can just break the pieces up a bit. |
