Jack is 4 pds and I was very worried about him coming around after he was neutered and had his teeth pulled. I had them do bloodwork before the surgery to make sure there were no unforseen problems. He did great but I was just worried about leaving him at the vets overnight so I begged the vet to let me bring him home that night. ( I know them there pretty well) They told me to make sure to not feed him until the next morning so I didn't but around 2 in the morning he started throwing up and was so weak he could not stand! Of course I fed him immediately and he came out of it but I think he was going hypoglycemic. (sp??) If I would have left him at the vets I could have lost him!! Has anyone else had this kind of experience?
