I just wanted to let you know that if your Yorkie is expecting puppies, their long hair can be deadly to newborn puppies. My mother-in-law has a kennel (toy poodles, Maltese, and Yorkies). She trimmed an expecting female Yorkie back, but didn't cut the chest hair. Her puppies were born nice and healthy. She went to the store, came home, and found one of her puppies strangled in the chest hair of the mother. Just a friendly tip!
