Don't worry. It is best to wait on yorkies to be older. They do have a risk of getting hypoclycemia if they leave too early. How old will he be when you pick him up now? With the ears - the breeder probably just wants to make sure they are up when you pick him up. But they can go up and down afterwards - while he is teething.
