Unhappy Something is wrong with Ralfie!

Hey guys-
Something seems to be really wrong with my 3 mo old yorkie. He refuses to eat (the last time he ate was last night around 9) but normally he's a little piggy- he can't get enough! He's very lethargic, he's been sleeping all day, but he won't sleep in his normal spot at the bottom of the bed. He insists on being on top of me or my boyfriend, which is also unusual he isn't normally so dependant. He's biting at himself really hard- his paws & legs. The only time he'll leave us is so he can bite at himself w/o being caught He normally loves playing with his toys, but also completely being ignored. He only wants to bite or sleep. His ears feel cooler than normal. Im worried- he seems to be really trying to tell us something isn't right. Does this sound like anything you guys have experienced, or should I just take him to a 24 hr vet?
