My grandmother asked at one of our local Wal-Marts and the person said that it was because that area didn't bring in much money and they were having to pay 2 or so people to stay in that dept. I don't know though. It is crazy....I think of Wal-Mart as pretty much a "one stop" store - which is what they had wanted when they started building them - now, they are changing so much, who knows what they will be like.
I hope atleast one of ours will keep their fabrics, but I don't know. The person my grandmother spoke too said that no Wal-Mart will have them pretty soon (course, I am sure that depends). I would be curious to see.
