I've been having the same problem with Simon. I can't stand for him to be crusty and wet around his eyes, so I try to remove it all I can. However, when I bathe him I am scared about getting water in his ears and his nose, so his face doesn't get washed very well. I will try that saline solution to help keep the crusties from the wetness away. Thanks, ya'll!
