We are considering buying a girl puppy. The Breeder says her parents are only 6 lbs, but she is almost 3 lbs at 10 weeks old. She has AKC and champion grandparents, no health problems run in the family. We were almost sold on her based on this picture

but then were sent this picture, she looks really big to me in this one for some reason (we want a bigger one, but not over 7 lbs) and we are concerned about her ears because we would like a dog whose ears stand up (moms ears stand up all the time, dads go down when he's nervous, otherwise they are up)

Ultimately personality counts first, but we want to be prepared before hand, its a 2 hour drive to get her if we decide to.

We also like black coloring on the face, which the dad does have, but the mom does not. Here is a pic of the mom, is there a way to determine this?

We have asked about health garentee, shots, blood lines, socialiation....

Is there anything else we should ask about?
