I would bring this up at your next vet visit. Depending on the odor, some can have a physical source. What sort of smell is it? Is it a poopy smell? Or a "dog" smell? Do you watch her all the time when she is out to make sure she has not found something to roll in? Our dachshund once rolled on a dead bird and stunk to high heaven. Feeding a premium dog food? Try brushing her teeth too -- sometimes gunk gets stuck and rots in there.

I think Yorkies smell less than most dogs. They only have a single coat, so no second coat to trap odors next to the skin. If there is a lot of odor on a consistent basis -- it needs to be checked out medically.
