Thanks for the responses. He wouldn't stop licking at first so I had to put the cone back on since I kept nodding off (we hadn't slept well the night before). I tried taking it off again at 6 and I guess he was so tired he just cuddled up next to me and nodded off for a couple of hours. I've caught him licking a couple of times but he stops when I tell him to. Luckily I took a couple of days off next week so I'll be here to watch over him. I'm going to try the onesie, I'm afraid the one my neighbor had was too small for him so I'll need to go out for that. Thanks again for your quick responses... I'll probably be posting again soon. Now I'm off to try to give him his medicine. |
