I don't think I could do any sort of cleanse that required liquids only...
If you're looking for a "quick fix" I'd definitely not recommend a cleanser since you lose a lot of water weight and do gain a few lbs back even w/ extremely healthy eating. You could keep most of it off though but that's w/ healthy eating.
I do a mini cleanse that my trainer put me on before I started on my diet. It's 7 days and consists of actual food..but it's very detailed and you have to eat 6 times a day. I never went hungry on it and I felt so great.

Forgot to mention..I lost about 8 lbs in those 7 days and gained only 2 back.
However my eating plan is pretty strict which is probably the main reason why I haven't gained any of it back.
