Have you looked to see if her anal glands are full? If they are, she may be scooting her bum too.
I wouldn't use that shampoo. Just toss it out and find a better one for her. Dogs sometimes have a not so pleasant body oder due to what they eat too.
My Azrael has to get a bath every 3 to 4 days because she has a body odor. Zada never smells bad and they both eat the same things, so I'm just thinking that some dogs are just natural born *stinkers*.
