I just receive an email from her stating that since I didn't get a box she didn't get a tracking # on the letter she sent me. She said that people don't get tracking #'s on letters. I really hate to tell her but you do in cases like these. I just mailed my insurance off and paid extra to have it delivered quickly and with a tracking #. She could have done the same. All I have to say is that I'd better have the refund by Wednesday or I'm reporting her to the athorities!!!!
