Guys it is very hard seeing you all go through this much aggravation to get back money that is rightfully yours. I wish she'd atleast take the time to answer all the pm's and make things right. Shana I hope you are able to have your claim with paypal reopened. I think that you all need to file with them to get any resolution to this mess!
