Sophie's vet said they usually stand up by themselves, but to be certain they do, you could tape them....he thought no earlier than 8 weeks. He taped Sophie's ears when she was 9 weeks. He said it only takes 6 days of being taped up for the cartlidge to firm up and then they should always stand up. It definitely worked!
Sophie looked so funny with her ears taped up. She looked like batman. I think there's a picture of it my photo album. It was taken with a camera phone, so it's probably not clear.
