I dont think its just the recent lack of communications that is the problem, she used to communicate, its the fact that she has orders that are 8+ weeks old that she hasnt filled but yet she sure had no problem asking for yters to place orders 2 weeks ago to save her from losing her house. And she also has made a lot of excuses and claimed she has alreaday shipped people's orders several time but no one has received them. How do we even know she sent any order 2 days ago like she said on this thread?
All I know is several of us put our trust in her for far too long and now we can not even get our money back from paypal because the transactions are too old. Thats no fair at all. She claims she sent the treats 2 days ago but at this point I dont even want the trreats, I want a refund but its clear I wont get anythign. And Im sure she probobly has dug herself into a hole and is so overlwhelmed she cant really do anythign about it, but thats not fair for people who trusted her and placed orders with over the past 2-3 months. I think the recent lack of communications is because she doesnt knwo what to do. I dont think she ever intentionally meant to let this happen, I think lack of organization, financial prioritizing, who knows what, but I think she did dig herslef into a hole and now she doesnt want to deal with it and she has our money.
