ok guys, so I mentioned above, she made a lot of empty promises on an order I placed in Dec and ignored my PM's so I requested a dispute from paypal. Within 1 hour, she refunded my $ so the dispute is closed. I hope everyone else here gets a resolution/refund.
As you guys mentioned above, I'm completely understanding when it comes to a busy order and I would say take your time, take 2 months if you have to, BUT just don't ignore customers (Pm's/Emails) who are the core of your business! Whether she cared about business longevity, what about doing the right thing, the ethical thing about not scamming and taking people's monies?
Even if I did get the treats, I surely would not give it to my precious baby. It isn't worth it.

I'd dump it in the trash. Please be extremly careful guys since their bellies are so sensitive.
