Hi all, I just needed to lose alittle, but I'm pleased so far

Today is day 12 and 6 pounds lighter

I'm trying to get off the "quitting smoking" pounds. My husband is 8 pounds. They always lose quicker! I'm 5'9 and thin, but my flat belly developed a little bulge and my arms seem bigger. I really need to start exercising too to tighten. I'd be happy to lose 9 more pounds I think.
My problem is finding different food to eat thats FAST
I'm already planning a cheat!!!!! Next weekend I told my husband we are going to our favorite Mexican resturaunt. We haven't been there in 2 weeks and we never miss a Friday!
