ME too. I made an order in Dec, was promised it was sent out 4 times, never got it, and never got a return from a PM. Are you ignorning me? I'm sorry to say but this is a really bad way to run a business. I myself own a business and would never really blast anyone but you've lost my business. if you are too busy, then don't make empty promises. Plus, I would NEVER wait over 1 month to make another promise of a shipment. That's just how I run my business, customer service is of utmost importance.
