My brother-in-law went on this diet for 23 days. He lost about 25lbs. and feel great!
I ordered my 50 booklet (just got it yesterday). I read through most of it at lunch time. I will re-read it tonight. Me and Troy (husband) are going to start tomorrow and do the cleanse for 10 days.
Has anyone else done this cleanse???? I want to hear from YTer's - their opionions of the cleanse??? I am ready to get rid of toxins (and mucus - sinus, yuck!!!) 10 to 15 lbs. would be a GREAT bonus
