Okay I just found out why paypal wouldnt accept my dispute, apparently you only have 45 days to do a dispute
(and its been about 64 days since I placed my order). That really ticks me off. I guess thats what I get for trying to be nice and patient to the seller
Well for those of you wanting a refund that paid with paypal- you better file now, dont wait for the treats or refunds to actually arrive becuase the probobly wont.
