Edit: I don't see any by-products in that one, The one for adults is different ... I got some samples of Royal Canin Adult 10 Months and Up, and will see if he likes that first...
I would not use food with the ingredients you listed. Ingredients are listed in order of their content -- I want to see meat in the first few ingredients. Like Chicken Soup for Puppies and Innova for Puppies -- they start with Chicken, then Turkey and then chicken meal. I also try to stay away from corn and soy.
