Oh my goodness..you sure do DESERVE another baby to love. What happened was a complete accident. You can not blame yourself or your BF. It was an Accident..nothing more or less. You did everything under the sun for little Ella. She could not have been more loved. Some other baby out there DESERVES the love that you have to give to it. Please do not rule out another baby boy or girl. The Yorkie family needs someone like you in it.
