Please don't say you don't "deserve" another baby! Yes, you do! This was a horrible accident, but it WAS an accident. You are a WONDERFUL "Mommy" and there's another little puppy out there who NEEDS you and Will to make their little life complete. You have enough love in your heart for Ella and a new baby when the time is right for you. Ella will always be with you in your heart of hearts, but another baby will bring great joy to your life.
