The hardest part is knowing how to shrink your digital images. YT allows 75x75 pixels for avatars (the little photos under your name) and message attachments of 200 kilobytes. That's around 4 x 6." If you don't have software that shrink photos, try this online site.

To attach a picture to a message, create a reply or new thread, scroll down to MANAGE attachments, then CHOOSE FILE. Find the photo on your hard drive and UPLOAD. Then submit reply when it's done.
