I'd show him first or at least have a judge go over him. Is he a good representation of the breed standard? Is he of good temperment and excellent health? What about his parents and grandparents, are they a good representation of the breed and free of genetic faults? There's alot to consider before breeding, make sure you do your homework first. A mentor is always a wonderful thing!
