hi melanie....my name is joy..you dont know me but i came across your thread and figured i would give some advice.
first off...i am soooo sorry this happened, i have been in this type of situation before and it sucks!!! it is very shady i think, plus the fact that he left you at work is just plain rude!! it is one thing to lie, one thing to continue to lie, but it is another to leave someone stranded. it is hard to give advice because i have no clue as to what kind of person he is......what kind of guy is he??? honest? trustworthy? sometimes it really depends on the person, more than the situation. i mean you guys are engaged and i am sure he is in love with you!!! is there someone he could have been with besides a girl? i mean obviously his friend wasnt lying, but maybe he was with another guy? i guess the best thing to do is get some sleep. talk to him in the morning, see if he gets defensive when you ask questions. if he gets defensive that is NO GOOD..... make sure you talk to him before he has a chance to talk to porkchop and get thier story straight. i am soory if this didnt help....i tried..hehe....i will pray for you and again i am soooo sorry you are going through this!!!!
