Chavon Quinones of Tamarac leaned over and whispered to the scout her dog's talent. Her tiny 8-year-old Yorkshire terrier, M&M, likes to grab the remote control, gyrate on it and then attempt to change the television channel.
"The first time she did it, she turned up the volume," Quinones said. "We were surprised. The volume just started getting louder and louder."
Quinones removed the remote control from her bag, and little M&M went to work. Her tiny paws pressed the buttons on the remote, and bystanders couldn't help but watch. Her owner explained that the dog loves attention so much, she is unhappy when her owners are watching television. That's how this whole trick began.
