A puppy needs more protein for it to grow, but i think 21% is about the norm for an adult...i would defo keep to dry food, as wet food is 70% water....
"28% is high, but a puppy does need more, i have used arden grange puppy, small bite, but because my little boy has 2 sets of teeth, he cant chew dry food now....
