Natural Balance is an example. Flint River Ranch is another. Here's a short list of quality pet foods that comes only in one "all life stages" variety:

- Natural Balance
- Flint River Ranch
- Canidae Pet Foods
- California Natural
- Karma Organic
- Solid Gold
- Newman's Own Organic
Not sure that all these come in all life stages and only the Natural Balance and Newman's Own seemed to have 21% protein choices:

- Natural Balance 21-22% All Life Stage
- Flint River Ranch 23.5 All Life Stages
- Canidae Pet Foods 24% All Life Stage
- California Natural 26% (Both Adult and Puppy)
- Karma Organic UNKNOWN
- Solid Gold 28% (separate puppy and adult)
- Newman's Own Organic 21% (I only saw adult and senior in dry -- puppy food is canned)
