Anyone? I tried the Arm & Hammer ones from Target, but if you don't pick them up immediately after they pee, they LEAK

Ewwww! I got a case of "Economy" puppy pads for about $35 at PetSmart, but those are hit and miss, some of them have been ripped or did rip when I unfolded them.

I would like to find some that are nice and thick but don't break the bank

Suggestions?
