It started when we named our first dog Meeju from a girl that was on a Korean Soap Opera type Drama Show. When we got Pochi aka Pochacco(pronounced Poe-cha-co) we wanted to keep with that same flow and have him have a Korean name and having looked everywhere for Korean names I couldn't find anything that fit him. So oneday I happened to be looking at the Hello Kitty website (I loved Hello Kitty as a kid!!!) and found that he looked like one the character and it fits him so well (the character is the little white with a little bit of black dog that plays soccer) which is named Pochacco and from then it caught on. Chopstix we call him Choppi (Choppi is another Hello Kitty Character) and Daisy's middle name Pinki Lili (Pinki Lili is another Hello Kitty Character). |
