If your friend plans to keep the furbaby indoors, there is NO need to dress her up. My babies are naked when inside the house, and because we do have 4 seasons, I chose to potty train them both inside and out. But should she chose to take them outdoors when they go potty, depending on how cold it is, it sure is handy to have something over them.
