I started Tink on brushing by using a finger cot with the toothpaste on it. Just rub as much of her little mouth as she'll let you. Gradually work your way each day to finally rubbing the teeth. Then you can either switch to a brush or get a rubber finger tooth cleaner that has nubs all over it. Works pretty well. Anything that you can do is better than nothing.
