My little guy is never anymore than 5lbs, usually hes b/t 4.5 - 5lbs depending on the day/week! He is normal my vet said. My other guy is b/t 7.5 - 8lbs and he is considered a large yorkie. Kind of funny how 8lbs is large huh?
Anyways, I read somewhere that anything under 5lbs is considered teacup. I know teacup is a made up term breeders use to describe tiny yorkies, but I guess anything under 5 lbs is considered on the very small side of standard. |
