How old is she? If she is still a puppy she is still within standard which is below 7lbs. If she has not fully grown yet she could get bigger. As long as she stays at or below the standard weight.
Anything below 4lbs at full adult weight maybe considered "tiny", anything 4 to 7 is normal standard.
