I just bought a 2 year old pomeranian from a family that was moving and couldn't take their baby with them.. I noticed when brushing her that she has dandruff.. What can I use (naturally) to make it go away..?
I was also wondering how much should a Pom weigh?.. Micha weighs in at 10lbs.
She's a beautiful black pom. I just want the best for her and will do anything to keep her healthy...
She's been on Pedigree dry dog food, since she was a pup.. So I went out and bought that food for her..
When she was younger, she was kicked in the face by a cow and it knocked her canine (fang tooth on the left side) back down into her jaw.. The vet couldn't pull it back out so it's not as tall as her other tooth.. It doesn't stop her from eating though.. She's a good eater..
Her pictures is below...

First....Congratulations on your new furbaby! I have heard that shampoo with tea tree oil in it is supposed to be good for dandruff....
And.....Pedigree isn't a very good quality food...I am sure if you look at the ingredients you will notice there is corn in it...dogs can have allergies to corn...If it were me...I would change her to a better quality food...something made with human grade products..I use Cadidae for my girls...they love it and haven't had any problems. Maybe it's her food that is causing the dry skin/dandruff.
