This is a fantastic thread here. So many things can happen to babies, especially yorkie babies. I live in an area with large hawks and never, under any circumstance would I ever let my Sophie out alone or even off her leash. I have heard of these birds grabbing up small dogs and kittens and taking off! Also, be careful of heavy objects that could fall over on your baby, a friend had a puppy and a Christmas package containing a boom box fell over on it and broke its foot! Could have been worse!
