I think you're probably ok. Yellow and foamy usually is bile which comes from an empty tummy. As long as her bowels aren't loose or runny, and she isn't lethargic, you should be ok. I would talk toyour vet if she gets worse. Coco goes through some weird days where she'll just throw up yellow foam, so I make sure she gets something in her belly. It's mostly early in the morning. I don't get concerned unless she gets really runny poo or gets lethargic
