My girls used to call that "Mom's country lovin'!"...it was their favorite breakfast. Hmmm...maybe I'll go get some lo-carb wheat bread, sugar free maple syrup and make that for supper tonight!

I thought I can't have more than 20 carbs per day? maybe I'm doing this wrong. Your ideas sound WAY much better than my meals I'm eating!!!!
