I've lost a total of 10 pounds now...after my next 10 I'm going to make home made French Toast with lots of butter, my eggs over medium between the slices and some thick maple syrup over the top with crispy bacon on the side. My girls used to call that "Mom's country lovin'!"...it was their favorite breakfast. Hmmm...maybe I'll go get some lo-carb wheat bread, sugar free maple syrup and make that for supper tonight! |
I thought I can't have more than 20 carbs per day? maybe I'm doing this wrong. Your ideas sound WAY much better than my meals I'm eating!!!!
