Well, it doesn't say on the bag, but both of mine are puppies (5 and 8 months, thereabouts) and they've been on it since I got them practically with only good effects. It's a food supplement (flax, molasses, etc.) so I don't think there'd be any harm in giving to puppies. At least I hope not
It says under 20 lbs 1 tsp. a day, but I give my girls 1/2 a tsp each. Hard to tell, since they both eat out of one dish
I tried giving them their own dishes, and seperating them when they eat. It didn't work. They both must be getting a good dose of it, their coats are getting more pretty and silky every day and they poop nice and solid
