Please don't you or Will feel guilty. These little balls of fur are lightning fast and practically dive under your feet when you're walking, this could have happened to any one of us, at any time. I have stepped on Luna a few times, luckily only lightly and only on her paw, but an inch or two to one side or the other, and I would be the one posting about a tragic accident
It only takes a second for this to happen, please DO NOT beat yourselves up over this. You both loved Ella with all your hearts and got her the best medical care as quickly as possible. You did everything right and this was an accident.
My Jane wanted me to tell you that she's so sorry for what happened to Ella and that she wishes that we could all give you a big fat hug and cry with you. Well, we are crying with you, just not in the same room
