Hang in there!! I plan to cheat once I am past the one month mark, and after the first two weeks you can add some more carbs and maybe a little fruit once and a while, like rasberries or strawberries - low glycemic. I also am on the look out for a dark chocolate bar I read about that has very little carbs that is atkin's friendly. And if you stick with it and then have a little something, it doesn't taste as good as you remember it
I am so with you on the dorito's thing though!! I would love some kind of something like that other than pork rinds - not a big fan!!
