Dark chocolate is good for those w/ a sweet tooth - it is better for you than milk chocolate and it has been proven to help w/ headaches, etc.
I heard that beans (just about any kind - canned or dried) are good for you - use in place of meats.
Whole wheat/whole grains - pasta, breads, etc.
