I have a digital kitchen scale... it's got a tray that is removable, so it's easy to wash, if "no-no" happens with little babies. Plus you can put a little pad in and zero it out if you want. It's little, and only works for puppies. Phoebe still fits, but barely (4.3 lbs).
I think I bought it at Walmart.
