Hmmmm.... some of the responses here are scary. I've never had to see a chiropractor but I've never really thought about the damage that can be done. Makes very good sense though. My best friend used to swear by these "chair massages" that her office would partially pay for. Someone (a licensed masseuse) would come in once a week and give a chair massage to anyone who wanted it. I think it was like $5 each or something that the employee had to pay each time. She said the boss supported the idea because so much tension builds up in your neck and shoulders while sitting at a desk that the massages were actually quite beneficial for his staff! Think about maybe going the massage route if you decide not to do the chiropractor.
