Help - I need help getting a stain out of a t-shirt. It is 100% preshrunk cotton.

I only wear this shirt at my volunteer job since it is mandatory and has the company logo on it. I feed children so I am thinking it is a food stain of some kind. I accidentally put it thru the dryer with the stain still on it. It is kind of greasy looking and I'm afraid it is kind of "cooked in" now. I have already replaced one t-shirt because of stains (it was practically new) and I have to pay for each shirt.

Any ideas? Thanks.
