 How Dog Friendly is Your Community?
We live in Seattle and have found it to be very dog friendly. I have a special shoulder bag that I put Bentley in and he goes everywhere with me. He is so good and just sticks his little head out and looks around at everyone. He goes to the mall and pretty much every store - he even helps me grocery shop. So far no one has said anything to me about him except how cute and well behaved he is.
Right now we are visiting my parents in South Dakota (Bentley did very well on his first plane ride). I took Bentley to the mall here in his bag and we got kicked out. I was very surprised as they didn't have any signs posted, but a security guard came up and told me we had to leave. It upset me a little as Bentley is better behaved than most children, but i guess not everyone appreciates our yorkies as much as we do. We are anxious to get back to Seattle!
