I know the physical pain in your heart, chest and throat that you are feeling right now. I pray that it lessens with each new day. ...time. Time will eventually heal your broken heart. It doesn't seem like it can possibly happen, but it will...even if you don't want it to. I sense that you are a bright and loving person. If I could ask of you one thing it would be to please don't beat yourself up over this. It is our nature to do so. However, it really doesn't help or change anything.
