Pochi, Choppi and Daisy didn't like the Wizdog at first either. The grate, I think is too big for their paws and it must feel weird to them because everytime I tried to get them to go on it they'd jump off fast! hehe I put a pee pad underneath the grate hoping to let them know this is where to go but they wouldn't go on it cause it felt different on their paws. I started to feel
for buying 2 of them and they wouldn't use either of them. Then I got an idea and put the pee pad on top of the wizdog to let them know yes, you go on here and they started using it right away...it's been about 2.5 weeks now and I still put the pee pad on top of it. Hopefully I can start putting the pee pad underneath the grate! As far as poop goes it can get messy especially when it gets stuck in between the grate. ewww!
